What exactly is Haulerio?
One app that runs a trucking company's whole back office: dispatch and load tracking, invoicing, broker statements, driver pay and settlements, expense tracking, P&L and tax reports, compliance documents, and fleet maintenance. It replaces the spreadsheet pile, not just the load board.
Who is it built for?
Owner-operators running their own authority and small fleets. You can sign up as either — the app adapts to whether you drive, dispatch, or both.
How does the free trial work?
14 days, every feature, no credit card. Create your company, load in real work, and see if your evenings get shorter. If you don't continue, your data can be exported to CSV before you go.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Haulerio runs on phones, tablets, and computers. Drivers use it from the road on their phones — scanning documents and receipts with the camera — while dispatch and accounting work from a bigger screen.
Can my dispatcher, drivers, and accountant have their own logins?
Yes, and they each see only what their job needs. Dispatchers run the board without touching your money. Drivers see their own loads, documents, and scans. Accountants get reports and exports. You invite them by email right from the app.
How does the AI load import actually work?
Upload or snap a rate confirmation PDF. The AI reads the broker, lane, dates, and rate, then puts the load in a review queue. Nothing books itself — you check the details and approve. It turns five minutes of typing into ten seconds of reading.
Do invoices really send from my own email?
Yes. Connect your Gmail and invoice PDFs go out from your actual address — so broker replies land in your inbox, and your invoices don't smell like a robot sent them. Broker statements send the same way.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, in CSV: P&L, revenue, expenses, owner-operator settlements, driver payroll, cash flow, receivables aging, and a tax summary. Your accountant can have real files, and if you ever leave, your books leave with you.
Is my data private?
Your company's data is scoped to your company — full stop. Role-based permissions control who on your team sees what, an audit log records who changed what and when, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app. The details live in our Privacy Policy.
